Our judges set their own calendars, with our criminal docket call typically being set for the second Monday of each term at 9:00 A.M.; however, this may change due to holiday schedules.

The Civil Division is responsible for the filing of lawsuits in excess of $25,000, appeals from lower courts, motions, orders, pleadings, and other documents relating to lawsuits filed within the court.
